Return & Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Products delivered in bales must be returned in unopened bales.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. We will book the return with Parcel Force.
  3. Shipping labels will be mailed to you.

Items can be dropped of at a Parcel Force location together with the shipping labels. 

Refund for Unreceived Packages Due to Customer’s Responsibility

If you, as the customer, fail to receive the goods and the package is returned to our warehouse due to circumstances within your control, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items you ordered, excluding a £25 GBP deduction for shipping and handling costs. This deduction is to cover the expenses incurred in shipping and handling, which were initially associated with sending your order.
